CNW readers know Andrea Hill well. She’s been featured twice—first with her full cover issue, A Glamorous Life, and now as an honoree in our 2025 Impact Award Issue. Her story has never been ordinary, and this next chapter is no exception. Hill has officially stepped into the role of Executive Vice President, taking the helm of 31 Hooters locations throughout Texas following the company’s recent acquisition of Hooters of America.

Hill’s reputation has been built the same way real leadership always is: through hard work, diligence, and a commitment to lifting the people around her. Chicago has long been the beneficiary of that. During the pandemic, when many in the hospitality industry were simply trying to survive, Hill rebuilt operations, restored stability, and led her region to outperform expectations. Before that, she sharpened her strategic lens in New York City—first as Marketing Director, then as Managing Director—proving she could elevate the brand in one of the most competitive markets in the country.

Her promotion didn’t surprise the people who know her best. CEO Neil Kiefer has watched her career unfold for decades, and he put it plainly: “I’ve had a front-row seat to witness Andrea’s growth as both a human and a leader. Putting the best person in the areas of greatest need is what great coaches do, and her appointment to lead Texas was a no-brainer.”

He didn’t stop there. For him, the move is as strategic as it is personal. “I’m confident she will lead Texas back to its rightful place as one of the top performers in our entire system,” he added—a testament to both the weight of the role and the company’s faith in her.

And while Texas gains a powerhouse, Chicago is undoubtedly going to miss her. Hill has been a mentor, a stabilizing force, and the kind of leader whose influence continues long after she leaves a room. But above all, we are incredibly proud. Proud that one of our own is stepping into a role of this scale. Proud that her leadership is now being recognized across the entire organization. Proud that her story started here.

Now based in Dallas, Hill brings her people-first approach to the company’s largest division. Her goals are clear: continue inspiring women leaders, deepen community engagement, and raise the bar for the guest experience across Texas. And because she began her journey as a Hooters Girl, her perspective is rooted in lived experience—an authenticity that no handbook or training module can duplicate.

Of course, this is only the short version of her story. For the full portrait of Andrea Hill—her journey, her philosophy, and the spark behind her rise—read our cover profile, “A Glamorous Life,” in this Impact Award issue.

Texas gains a leader.
Chicago sends her off with pride.
